Launched at a dining room table in August of 1997, Marketing Direct, Inc. (now KBM Group: Health Services) has grown to include offices throughout the country, each committed to providing integrated marketing solutions with the same passion and efficiency that KBM Group has known since those early days. The company has progressively grown its primary business of providing direct marketing services to health insurance, financial services and other service businesses.
KBM Group: Health Services has grown quickly and steadily in its second decade, passing many milestones that have made it stronger and more prepared to meet the marketing challenges in its core industries and beyond. In 2007, the company rolled out a brand new, proprietary database solution dubbed Marketing Intelligence System, and opened two additional satellite offices. Continuing to diversify and add capability, KBM Group: Health Services started its consulting group in 2008 and an online marketing group in 2009.
