Internal and External Research – What does your current brand stand for? How does it sync with your company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This initial phase of our brand process helps you answer these questions and helps to formulate a new brand strategy.

Refine & Define – Through a series of exercises with key staff members, we help you identify your brand essence, target consumer, and core your promise to that consumer. We then develop creative concepts that embody your brand essence and promise and validate them through research.

Plan of Action – Your brand comes to life through internal and external communication and interaction plans that build brand awareness through behavior and transactions. Because branding is more than just what people think about your brand, it’s the behavior of engaging with your brand that really matters.
